Trial Terms

Please read and agree to the following before signing

1. Trial Terms

Trial Package: 5 leads delivered at a discounted rate of $25 (regularly $75). Trial period begins on the date this form is submitted. No automatic renewal, Contractor must actively choose to continue after the trial.

2. What Counts as a Valid Lead

A lead is valid when: the homeowner is located within the Contractor's designated service area; the homeowner has provided a real name and working contact info; the homeowner has expressed an active need for HVAC service; and the lead has not been previously delivered to this Contractor. Invalid leads must be reported within 48 hours and will be replaced at no charge.

3. Lead Delivery

Leads are delivered via the method selected above in real time. Contractor agrees to respond to leads within 2 hours during business hours. Provider does not guarantee a specific number of leads per day.

4. Exclusivity

Trial leads are exclusive, each lead is delivered to one contractor only and will not be sold to a competing contractor in the same area during the trial period.

5. After the Trial

Upon completion, Contractor may continue on the Starter Package ($75 for 5 leads), negotiate a custom plan, or opt out with no further obligation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Provider does not guarantee that leads will result in booked jobs or revenue. Provider's maximum liability is limited to a refund of the $25 trial amount paid.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep lead data, pricing, and business terms confidential and not share them with third parties.
