1. What We Do

HVAC Flow Solutions is a lead-matching service. We connect Texas homeowners who need HVAC services with local HVAC contractors. We are not an HVAC contractor, and we do not perform HVAC repairs, installations, or any physical service. We do not employ or supervise the contractors we match you with.

2. For Homeowners

• Our matching service is free to homeowners.
• When you submit a request or call us, we share your information with one or more local HVAC contractors who may contact you to provide quotes.
• You are under no obligation to hire any contractor we match you with.
• Any agreement, work, pricing, or warranty is strictly between you and the contractor you choose. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any contractor's work.
• You are responsible for vetting any contractor before hiring, including verifying licensing and insurance.

3. For Contractors

• Contractors purchase lead packages to receive homeowner contact information. Prices and package sizes are listed on our website and are subject to change.
• Lead delivery: Leads are typically delivered within 3-7 business days of a confirmed purchase, though timing may vary based on lead availability in your area.
• Exclusivity: Where a package is described as "exclusive," each lead is sold to a single contractor unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds / invalid leads: We offer a replacement or credit for leads that are clearly invalid (for example, disconnected numbers or fake contact information), subject to our review. Leads are not refundable simply because a homeowner does not answer, does not hire you, or chooses another contractor.
• Contractors are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship, and compliance with all applicable laws when contacting and serving homeowners.
• Contractors agree to contact leads professionally and to honor all applicable calling, texting, and consumer-protection laws (including TCPA and Do-Not-Call rules).

4. Payments

Contractor payments are processed through PayPal. By purchasing a package, you authorize the charge for the selected package. All sales are final except as described in our invalid-lead policy above.

5. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from HVAC Flow Solutions and matched contractors, including via automated or AI-assisted systems, regarding your request. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to scrape or resell our data, or to interfere with the operation of our website.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a contractor, that a contractor will contact you, that any lead will convert into a sale, or that any service will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVAC Flow Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or from any interaction, agreement, or work between homeowners and contractors. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 30 days before the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HVAC Flow Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any homeowner or contractor.

10. Service Area

HVAC Flow Solutions operates exclusively within the State of Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
